Shakti

Shakti means cosmic power in Sanskrit.  This colorful dahlia is yellow with splashes of red throughout its petals with a 6' bloom and grows to a height of 4'.  This dahlia tuber bulb produces a good bloomer and provides a striking addition to any garden or bouquet. additionally this dahlia can change color with its blooms and have blooms with red and a hint of yellow.  A real pleasant surprise to any gardener. This dahlia is also known as (Cisco).
